Heritage Health Solutions, Inc. Scholarship in Kinesiology

The Heritage Health Solutions, Inc. Scholarship in Kinesiology was established to provide a stream of income to support a scholarship(s) to be used for no greater than four student(s) pursuing a degree in the Department of Kinesiology at Texas Woman’s University (TWU). The recipients must fulfill the following requirements:

1. be pursuing a post-graduate degree in Kinesiology at TWU, with a preference for doctoral students;
2. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent if an incoming or current TWU student and maintain that GPA during the scholarship cycle;
3. Preference for students who are interested in work with military veterans; those exhibiting leadership among their peers, actively involved in research, and dedicated to the Adapted Physical Activity and Adapted Sports profession, as determined by the Kinesiology Department Scholarship committee.
