The Matocha Family Scholarship Endowment

The Matocha Family Scholarship Endowment was established by Martha F. Matocha to honor the lives of Ida and Alphonse Matocha, who raised seven children and ensured each one achieved their educational dreams. Three of their daughters attended TWU, two as graduates and the third crediting excellent advising at the university for her degree, inspiring an endowment intended to support students, including those who overcome barriers to receiving a quality education. This scholarship supports undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in nursing or health sciences related fields.
