TWU Transfer Elite Scholarship

The TWU Transfer Elite Scholarship is awarded to academically outstanding transfer students with a cumulative college GPA of 3.5 or higher. Scholarships are awarded for the Fall and Spring terms. Selection is based on several factors, including:

• Demonstrated financial need
• College GPA
• Academic major
• Enrollment in a minimum of 12 credit hours
• Additional special circumstances

In addition to meeting academic and enrollment requirements, recipients must serve as Transfer Recruitment Ambassadors for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment. As part of this role, scholarship recipients are expected to represent TWU at three recruitment events per year (scheduled by Admissions & Recruitment), either on the TWU campus or at a partnering community college.
