The Joyce Phillips Rinehart Endowment fund was established to provide scholarships for students within the School of Library and Information Studies.

 Minimum Cumulative GPA – 3.0 for undergraduate , 3.2 for graduate
 Minimum Enrollment Requirement – 12 credit hours for undergraduate, 9 credit hours graduate
 Minimum Total Credit Hours Earned –N/A
 Renewability – May be held for a total of 4 years for undergraduate or total of 2 years for graduate, or completion of degree, whichever comes first, if requirements are met
 FAFSA -Recommended, Not Required
 Other – Submission of Post Acceptance responses within the deadline (scholarship will not disburse until this is completed)
