Dr. Florence Langford Endowed Scholarship (Nutrition)

Established by Dr. Florence Langford, former acting Dean of the College of Household Arts and Sciences. Criteria for the selection of the recipient include academic achievement, and secondly, financial need. Recipients are selected by the scholarship committee of the each department.

• Major – degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences; Fashion & Textiles and Human Development, Family Studies, and Counseling
• Minimum Cumulative GPA – typically 3.0 for UG, 3.2 for GR
• Minimum Enrollment Requirement – typically 12 credit hours UG, 9 credit hours GR
• Minimum Total Credit Hours Earned – Any
• Renewability – Scholarship may be renewed if all requirements are met.
FAFSA – Financial need must be demonstrated on the application.
• Other – Post-Acceptance responses must be completed before funds will be transmitted.
