Spencer L Stoker Graduate Endowed Scholarship - (Education)

Established by the state of Dr. Spencer L. Stoker, provides awards to graduate students in education. Dr. Stoker served the University as Chairman of the Education Department for many years. He is remembered as a dedicated and caring teacher and a fine administrator. Recipients are selected by the College of Professional Education.
