The purpose of the fund is to provide a stream of income to support scholarships for students majoring in health, physical education, and recreation.

• Renewability – May be held for a total of 3 years, or completion of degree, whichever comes first, if requirements are met
• FAFSA – Recommended, not required
• Other – Submission of Post Acceptance responses within the deadline (scholarship will not disburse until this is completed)
