Nita Parker Brogdon Memorial Scholarship Endowment (SLIS)

The Nita Parker Brogdon Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund was established to provide a stream of income to support scholarships to students majoring in Library Science and Information Studies. The scholarship committee in the School of Library Science and Information Studies shall review the applications and select the recipients.

• Renewability – May be held for a total of 2 consecutive years for master’s, 3 consecutive years for doctoral, 4 consecutive years for undergraduate students, or completion of degree, if all requirements are met
FAFSA – Recommended, not required
• Other – Submission of Post Acceptance responses within the deadline (scholarship will not disburse until this is completed)
