Joan Mansfield Henkhaus Endowed Scholarship (Nutrition)

The purpose of the scholarship is to provide a stream of income to support a full academic scholarship covering total cost of tuition and fees with the academic area of Home Economics (The departments of Family Sciences, Fashion & Textiles, and Nutrition & Food Sciences) Scholarships from this account are given on a rotating basis. The scholarship committees within each of the departments shall review and select the recipients.
