Jacquelyn Niehuss Scholarship for Physical Therapy

Award amount should be no less than $1,000 split equally between the fall and spring semesters. Award amounts may be higher as deemed appropriate.

Criteria for selection is as follows:

• Be accepted by the PT Admissions Committee
• Be enrolled full-time in a PT degree program
• Meet the minimum GPA requirements of 3.0 on last 60 hours of coursework
• Meet the minimum of 3.0 GPA on their math and science coursework
• First preference will be to residents of Tarrant County or willingness to complete a clinical affiliation in Tarrant County
• Demonstrated financial need should be considered but is not required

Recipients will need to complete the post acceptance process so that we can provide appropriate reporting to the donor.
