Dr. Farhataziz Memorial Endowed Scholarship (Chemistry and Biochemistry)

The Dr. Farhataziz Memorial Scholarship Endowment in Chemistry and Biochemistry was established to provide a stream of income to support a scholarship to be used for a student pursuing a degree Chemistry and Biochemistry. The recipient must fulfill the following requirements:

• Application Dates – Opens July 1, Closes March 1
• Awarding Department – College of Arts and Sciences
• Department Contact – cas@twu.edu
• Level – Graduate or Undergraduate
• Classification – Any
• Major – Chemistry
• Minimum Cumulative GPA – 3.0
• Minimum Enrollment Requirement – 12 credit hours (undergraduate, 9 credit hours (graduate)
• Minimum Total Credit Hours Earned – NA
• Renewability – may be held for a total of 2 (masters), 3 (doctoral), 4 (undergraduate) consecutive years, or completion of degree, if all requirements are met)
FAFSA – recommended
• Other – Completion of application expressing academic excellence
Submission of Post Acceptance responses within the deadline (scholarship will not disburse until this is completed)
