The Jeffra J. Flaitz Annual Scholarship was created to provide a stream of income to support scholarships. The following below and the requirements:

• Application Dates – Opens July 1, Closes March 1
• Awarding Department – General Scholarship Committee
• Department Contact – scholarships@twu.edu
• Level – Graduate or Undergraduate
• Classification – Any
• Major – Any
• Minimum Cumulative GPA – 3.0 (undergraduate), 3.2 (graduate)
• Minimum Enrollment Requirement –12 credit hours (undergraduate), 9 credit hours (graduate)
• Minimum Total Credit Hours Earned – NA
• Renewability – may be held for a total of 2(masters), 3 (doctoral), 4 (undergraduate)consecutive years, or completion of degree, if all requirements are met
• FAFSA – not required
• Other – DACA student
Submission of Post Acceptance responses within the deadline (scholarship will not disburse until this is completed)
