Harold and Eunice Homan Annual Scholarship

The Harold and Eunice Homan Annual Scholarship was created by Dr. Anne M. Vincent ’74, ’78 in memory of her parents for their continued support of her education. Dr. Vincent was a teacher for many years and taught bilingual education. This scholarship is to support a deserving student who is seeking their degree in Bachelor of Science in Education (EC-6 or 4-8 Core Subjects with Bilingual) or Bachelor of Science in Education (EC-6 or 4-8 Core Subjects with ESL).
