Vera T. Gershner Doctoral Student Endowment in Early Childhood Dev. and Education (Education)

The Vera T. Gershner Doctoral Student Endowment in Early Childhood Dev. and Education was established to provide a stream of income to support scholarships for Doctoral Students in the Early Childhood Development or Early Childhood Education Programs at Texas Woman’s University. Selection is made by the Education Department General Scholarship Committee.

Criteria for selection:
Pursuing a doctoral degree within the fields of Early Childhood Development or Early Childhood Education
Demonstrate the highest standards of academic excellence, integrity and vision within the discipline
First priority should be students who have completed all Doctoral Program course work and have yet to complete their dissertation or comprehensive exams.
