CVS Health Foundation Annual Scholarship

The CVS Health Foundation created this annual fund to be used for annual scholarships for Family Nurse Practitioner Scholarships to help them complete their program. Selection is made by the Nursing Scholarship Committee.

Criteria for selection:

• Students are full time and in good academic standing (as defined by the College of Nursing)
• Students are interested in a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Students who receive a scholarship through this program must have worked with organizations that are supporting underserved populations – as a student, volunteer or have worked in a professional capacity with these populations
• The scholarship are $1000 per student
• All funding must go to the student, no indirect fees allowed

Preference will be given to Active Military / Veterans, Diverse and or Bilingual students
