Rowena Caldwell Elkin Endowed Scholarship (Visual Arts)

Established in memory of Rowena Caldwell Elkin, an alumna of TWU, by her husband Dr. P. Bush Elkin, and family to provide support for students whose majors are within the Department of Visual Arts.
