Ghita Brockway Carter Endowed Scholarship in MLS

The Ghita Brockway Carter Scholarship was created to create a stream of income to support graduate scholarships for students majoring in Library Science. The scholarship is renewable to eligible students.

Selection will be made by the General Scholarship Committee for the University in collaboration with the College of Professional Education:

• Major – Library Sciences
• Minimum Cumulative GPA – 3.2
• Minimum Enrollment Requirement – 9 credit hours GR
• Minimum Total Credit Hours Earned – NA
• Renewability – may be held for a total of 2 consecutive years, or completion of degree, if all requirements are met
• FAFSA – not required
• Other – Submission of Post Acceptance responses within the deadline (scholarship will not disburse until this is completed)
