Health IT Visionary Annual Scholarship

The Health IT Visionary Annual Scholarship was created to provide a $1000 scholarship for a student in the healthcare management information systems or business analytics or affiliated professions.

• Major – ’Mathematics and Computer Science -healthcare management information systems or business analytics or affiliated professions
• Minimum Cumulative GPA – 3.0 (undergraduate), 3.2 (graduate)
• Minimum Enrollment Requirement – 12 credit hours (undergraduate), 9 credit hours (graduate)
• Minimum Total Credit Hours Earned – NA
• Renewability – may be held for a total of 2 (masters), 3 (doctoral), 4 (undergraduate) consecutive years, or completion of degree, if all requirements are met
• FAFSA – not required
• Other – Submission of Post Acceptance responses within the deadline (scholarship will not disburse until this is completed)
The recipient will receive a complimentary registration to the Annual CIO Roundtable Luncheon in January.
The recipient must be a part of the program that leads to a specific degree, and not a “pre” major.
